  1. Love, love, love your style! That little plate that you have on a bookshelf of the Madonna and child — I found a circular framed print of it, about 24″ round, with a Gump’s sticker still on the back, at a little junk store outside Las Vegas!

I’m also going to grab and spray paint more busts when I find them! Just beautiful and interesting!

  2. Love it! I love your style and you have set me free in my own style!! Seeing you use many different colors, patterns, and styles is encouraging to me.You have helped me embrace what I love and just go with it!!!! Thank you !!

  3. I love your home, it is beautiful! I really enjoy reading your blog in England and am inspired by your decorating ideas, thank you!

  4. How lovely! The cable knit afghan really caught my eye. I wonder if you’d be able to share which pattern and yarn was used to make it? 🙂 I’d really like to knit one.

Thanks so much for your wonderful blog!

  5. Love your style! You have such a beautiful home! God is so good to have given you beauty from ashes–LITERALLY. Your home has inspired me and has given me many new ideas. Thanks for sharing! 🙂

  6. swoon swoon swoon is all I can say. I am at work right now and I want to give my notice, pack my bag, and drive straight to your house. I love the touch you give every, single room. What a gift you have~~seriously!! **heavy sigh** Thanks for sharing 🙂

  7. You are too cute. I have a daughter in medical school who is moving for her rotations in another city and I am stealing many of your ideas!!!

  8. I come back again and again just to admire your beautiful home, you have wonderful taste and I just love the easy and eclectic mix of casual and formal, modern and traditional which you’ve been able to create!

  9. Your house is gorgeous! I especially like all of the colour that you have in your home, it is rare to see that. I need colour surrounding me, I admire all of the white and grey homes, but they don’t work for me. We are looking at buying a larger home and I am thinking of painting the walls white and then use lots of colour, kind of like you have done.

  10. Love the bird and flowers pic wall. Would love to know where the bird with his mouth open picture came from.

  11. I am in love with your “teen girls room” but I searched your entire blog looking for information about where you got everything! Any way you can tell me where the bedding is from? What about the rug and pillows? I am trying to achieve the same look!

  12. What a great tour! I love the use of bright colors on a clean palette! It’s a lot like providing a painting with the accessories, which makes it so much easier to change things around!
Where did you purchase the sign on your porch that reads “All you need is Love. Love is all you Need”?
I would love to have one for my home!
Thanks a bunch! Happy Mother’s Day

  13. oh my goodness, what a fantastic individual house, simply gorgeous! I love, and have a few eclectic items myself, but not on the scale you have, it was chicken soup for my eyes! Thank you for sharing and can I move into your guest room – please? Suze x
